WhatCouldIt.Be is a publicly accessible, non age-restricted site, intended for entertainment purposes only. As such, we wish to build and maintain a site that is fun and safe for everyone. By uploading, posting, transmitting or otherwise making available Content (text, files, images, photos or any other materials) to WhatCouldIt.Be you agree to all of the following:
1.) You are solely responsible for all Content that you post to WhatCouldIt.Be. WhatCouldIt.Be does not endorse and has no control over Content posted by users. Content is not necessarily reviewed by WhatCouldIt.Be and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of WhatCouldIt.Be. WhatCouldIt.Be makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy or reliability of the Content or any material or information that you post, transmit, or otherwise make available via WhatCouldIt.Be.
2.) You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
3.) You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise have all applicable rights to all Content posted by you to WhatCouldIt.Be, and that posting said Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or rights-holding entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person or rights-holding entity resulting from the posting of any Content by you to WhatCouldIt.Be. WhatCouldIt.Be does not claim any ownership rights to any Content that you post.
4.) You agree not to post material that is illegal or can reasonably be considered pornographic, offensive or disturbing to the community of WhatCouldIt.Be users. Prohibited Content includes but is not limited to Content that, in the sole descretion of WhatCouldIt.Be promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any person or group, harasses or advocates harassment of any person, is sexually exploitive or violent, provides any private information (such as but not limited to telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or last names), promotes false, misleading or fraudulent information or activities, is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.
5.) You agree not to post commercial Content (such as but not limited to advertising images) without obtaining the prior written consent of WhatCouldIt.Be.
6.) WhatCouldIt.Be may delete any content at any time for any reason without notification. WhatCouldIt.Be is not intended to be a personal file storage system, and makes no promise, express or implied, that posted Content will be maintained for any length of time.
